Using PHPP & the associated embodied carbon calculator PHRibbon as a tool to model energy use, Matter of Fact Retrofit have developed a process to simply assess existing buildings, or archetypes and test retrofit options.

Our reports include whole life carbon assessments and carbon cost effectiveness calculations. We use local benchmarked costs rather than outdated industry assumptions.

We believe that good retrofit leaves no one behind and that carbon literacy should not be a barrier to receiving the benefits of a warmer, cheaper home.
